Jiannanchun International Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. signs with Baosteel that they will cooperate in tactic for the melting iron business on yesterday, Jiannanchun International Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. provided about 40,000 tons of high carbon ferro-chrome to Baosteel. According to the contrast, the two sides will construct a tactic supply train on chromium irons. Three years in future, Jiannanchun International Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. will steadily supply Baosteel for 50,000 ton, 500-600 millions. And the two sides will increase the supply in the future gradually.
It's known that ferrochrome, one of the rare mineral resources in China, is the raw material of stainless steel producing. Jiannanchun wholly owns 3 ferroalloy companies, 8 arc furnaces and the high carbon ferro-chrome producing company. At the other hand, Jiananchun made research and analysis in Burma, Albania and Zimbabwe in order to prepare exploiting the mine in the foreign countries. Jiannanchun has been providing high carbon ferro-chrome to Baosteel since 2006. In order to raise the control of resources, construct the chromium irons supply chain, Jiannanchun build up a branding iron union with Baosteel yesterday.
