This technology adopted the international way- biologic energy treatment, by which turn sewage into the raw material of the marsh gas tank. The marsh gas can be used as heat and steam for the winery. Once the water turn cold off, it can be made use of again, so that it can fulfill the object of energy saving and efficiency increasing and environment improving.
In the No.4 Daqu workshop, the journalist found that it's no more burning stream but marsh gas. Nowadays, burning a pot of wine can also saving hundreds kilograms cooling water. For example, a working group save 10 ton water per day. If the price is 350 RMB per ton, we can cut 6,300,000RMB per year. We may also reduce the boiler upkeep, labor cost, boiler wastewater handling cost, electric power charges, fuel charges, exorcising sulfur dioxide dust charges, etc up to an amount of 4 million RMB. After using the recycling water, we may reduce pumping groundwater 500,000 ton, saving 500,000 RMB if 1 yuan per ton. In this way, more than 10 million RMB can be saved in a whole year. What's more, roasting 1 ton of wine will consumes 800 cubic meter's natural gas comparing with marsh gas's 30%-40% saving. Using marsh gas as the energy to replace the consuming of coal can reduce 2,500 tons of sulfur dioxide, dust and coal ash's letting off, and gets rid of the potential safety concerns such as boilers, pipeline's pressure vessel.
According to reports, the last chimney will be disappeared if the marsh gas program were put into operation at September 2008, the discharging of sulfur dioxide and dust will be down to zero.
